I am sorry to inform you that Red Bull North America, Inc. has elected to terminate, without cause, its' Distribution Agreement with Ballistics Beverage Company, Inc, effective April, 10, 2010.
At this time I would like to thank all of our Employee's, Retail Accounts and Consumers of the Hudson Valley for building a first class distribution company. I am extremely proud of what Ballistic Beverages was able to accomplish in the past 10 years while representing the worlds leading energy drink to the people that live, work and play in the Hudson Valley region of New York.
